Unlike traditional non-profits that rely solely on donations, or for-profit bootcamps that exclude valid talent due to cost, SkillRise operates a unique hybrid model.
The Non-Profit Arm
Focuses on reaching underserved communities, offering full scholarships, and partnering with local NGOs to identify high-potential youth.
The Corporate Arm
Generates revenue through corporate training and recruitment fees, which is then partly reinvested to fund our scholarship programs.
